Effective date: 8 November 2026. This policy applies to SetMood 0.1.0 and later (Android package dev.sanasa.filter_platform, iOS bundle dev.sanasa.filterPlatform).
Your photos stay on your device. SetMood shows filters on your own photo and lets you make and publish filters. A published filter is 14 numbers and a short name. There is no sign-in and no advertising. Usage statistics are sent only if you agree.
1. Who is responsible

2. Photos, the camera and your skin tone
- Your photo. You choose it with the system photo picker, without giving the app access to your library. The app keeps one copy in its private storage so the photo is still there next time. It is replaced when you pick another photo, removed when you uninstall the app, and left out of device backups.
- Camera. The app asks for camera access when you first open the Camera tab. You can refuse and pick a photo instead. Camera images are processed on your device and are not recorded unless you press the shutter.
- Saving and sharing. A filtered picture is saved to your photo library as a new picture, with no location or camera metadata added by the app. When you tap Share, the picture goes to the app you choose.
- Fit to my skin. You tap your cheek in a photo and the app reads the colour at that spot. It does not detect faces or take face measurements. The value stays on your device until you clear it in the app.
- Photos, camera images and the skin tone value are never sent to us or to anyone else by the app.
3. Personal information we process, and why
- Viewing public filters. A request for the list or a filter. It carries no identifier of you. Purpose: providing the service.
- Publishing (optional). A random creator ID made on your device, a secret key (we keep only its hash), the creator name you choose, the version of the terms you accepted, and each filter's 14 values, name and original filter. Purpose: showing and managing public filters. Your creator name, filter names and values are public to other users.
- Counting a use. The filter's number when you save a photo with a public filter, at most once per filter per day. Only the total is kept. Purpose: showing how often a filter is used.
- Reporting (optional). The filter's number, the reason you chose, and a hash of a random value made at installation, so that one device counts once. Purpose: moderation and abuse prevention.
- IP address. Requests reach our server with your IP address. We do not store it. A salted daily hash is kept to limit abuse and avoid double counting. Purpose: security.
- Usage statistics (only with your consent). Which features you use (for example, photo picked, filter tried, photo saved, filter published), and whether a filter was built in, public or your own. Google Analytics for Firebase adds app version, device model, operating system, language, country, an app instance ID and an approximate location estimated from the IP address. Purpose: understanding use and improving the app. Filter values and names, photos, skin tone, precise location and the advertising ID are never included.
- Support. The address and content of emails you send us. Purpose: answering you.
Legal bases where applicable: performance of the service you request, our legitimate interest in security and moderation, and your consent for usage statistics.
4. How long we keep it
- Creator name, published filter names and values: until you unpublish or delete them. After that the name and values are erased, while the filter's number, the random creator ID and the removal time stay so that remixes can show "Removed filter".
- Reports: deleted 90 days after they are handled.
- Daily IP hashes: deleted within two days.
- Use counts: totals only, for as long as the filter exists.
- Usage statistics: 2 months, then deleted by Google Analytics.
- Support emails: 3 years, unless a law requires otherwise.
Information on your device stays until you clear it or uninstall the app.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell personal information and do not give it to third parties, except what you make public by publishing and where the law requires it.
6. Service providers and transfers abroad
We use the providers below. Using them transfers information outside your country over encrypted connections, at the moment you use the feature.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States, 101 Townsend St., San Francisco; privacyquestions@cloudflare.com). Hosting the server and delivering report notifications. Information: section 3 except usage statistics. Kept for the periods in section 4.
- Google LLC (United States; https://policies.google.com/privacy). Google Analytics for Firebase. Information: usage statistics, only with your consent. Kept for 2 months.
You can refuse these transfers. Without the online features, the built-in filters, your own filters and the camera still work. Say no to usage statistics, or turn them off in Settings at any time.
7. Backups
Your filters, blocked creators and skin tone value can be included in your own Android or iOS device backup; your photo is excluded. A small bundle (up to 4 KB) holding your creator key and the codes of your filters is kept with Google Block Store or iCloud Keychain under your account, so you can get your filters back after reinstalling. We cannot read it.
8. Deleting your information
- Unpublish one filter: My filters › the filter's menu › Unpublish.
- Delete all your public information: My filters › Settings › Delete my public information. Your creator name and public filters are erased from the server.
- Stop usage statistics: My filters › Settings › Send usage data. Turning it off stops sending and resets the app instance ID.
- By email: write to orangesea2022@gmail.com.
- Copies that other people already saved stay on their devices. Everything stored only on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.
When a retention period ends, electronic records are deleted so that they cannot be restored.
9. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, delete or stop processing your personal information, withdraw consent, and, where the law provides, port it or object to its processing. Write to the address above and we will reply within 10 days. Because the app has no accounts, we may ask for your creator name and a way to confirm that you control it. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
10. Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Secret keys and per-install values are stored only as hashes, IP addresses only as short-lived salted hashes, and administrative access is limited to the operator with a separate token. Data collected is kept to the minimum needed.
11. Automatic collection
The app does not use browser cookies. With your consent, the Google Analytics SDK stores an app instance ID on your device. You can turn this off at any time in Settings.
12. Permissions
Android: camera, internet and network state. iOS: camera, and add-only access to Photos when you save. No location, contacts, microphone or broad storage access.
13. Children
SetMood is not directed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has published information, contact us and we will delete it.
14. Changes
Changes are posted at this address with a new effective date. Significant changes are announced in the app or on this page at least 7 days in advance.

2. 사진, 카메라, 피부톤
- 내 사진. 시스템 사진 선택기로 고르며 사진 보관함 접근 권한을 앱에 주지 않습니다. 다음에 열어도 사진이 보이도록 앱 전용 저장 공간에 사본 한 장을 둡니다. 다른 사진을 고르면 바뀌고, 앱을 지우면 사라지며, 기기 백업에 포함하지 않습니다.
- 카메라. 카메라 탭을 처음 열 때 권한을 묻습니다. 거부해도 사진을 골라 쓸 수 있습니다. 카메라 화면은 기기 안에서만 처리하며 셔터를 누르기 전에는 기록하지 않습니다.
- 저장과 공유. 필터를 입힌 사진을 사진 보관함에 새 사진으로 저장하며, 앱이 위치나 카메라 정보를 넣지 않습니다. 공유를 누르면 사용자가 고른 앱으로 사진이 넘어갑니다.
- 내 피부에 맞게. 사진에서 볼을 누르면 그 지점의 색을 읽습니다. 얼굴을 인식하지 않고 얼굴 특징도 재지 않습니다. 결과 값은 앱에서 지울 때까지 기기 안에만 있습니다.
- 앱은 사진, 카메라 화면, 피부톤 값을 저희나 다른 누구에게도 보내지 않습니다.
3. 처리하는 개인정보 항목과 목적
- 공개 필터 보기. 목록이나 필터 하나를 요청합니다. 이용자를 식별하는 값은 들어 있지 않습니다. 목적: 서비스 제공.
- 공개하기(선택). 기기에서 만든 무작위 창작자 ID, 비밀 열쇠(해시만 저장), 사용자가 정한 창작자 이름, 동의한 약관 버전, 필터마다 값 14개·이름·원본 필터. 목적: 공개 필터 표시와 관리. 창작자 이름과 필터 이름·값은 다른 이용자에게 공개됩니다.
- 쓰인 수. 공개 필터로 사진을 저장할 때 필터 번호를 필터별 하루 한 번까지 보냅니다. 합계만 보관합니다. 목적: 사용 횟수 표시.
- 신고(선택). 필터 번호, 고른 사유, 설치할 때 만든 무작위 값의 해시. 한 기기의 신고를 한 번만 세기 위해서입니다. 목적: 검수와 남용 방지.
- IP 주소. 요청은 IP 주소와 함께 서버에 도착합니다. IP 주소는 저장하지 않으며, 솔트를 넣은 하루 단위 해시를 남용 방지와 중복 집계 방지에 씁니다. 목적: 보안.
- 이용 통계(동의한 경우에만). 어떤 기능을 쓰는지(사진 고름, 필터 입혀 봄, 사진 저장, 필터 공개 등)와 기본·공개·내 필터 중 어느 것인지. 구글 애널리틱스(Firebase)가 앱 버전, 기기 모델, 운영체제, 언어, 국가, 앱 인스턴스 ID, IP 주소로 추정한 대략적 위치를 더합니다. 목적: 이용 현황 파악과 앱 개선. 필터 값과 이름, 사진, 피부톤, 정밀 위치, 광고 ID는 포함하지 않습니다.
- 문의. 보내 주신 메일 주소와 내용. 목적: 답변.
4. 보유 기간
- 창작자 이름, 공개한 필터 이름·값: 공개를 내리거나 삭제할 때까지. 그 뒤 이름과 값은 지우며, 고쳐 만든 필터에 "내려간 필터"로 보이도록 필터 번호, 무작위 창작자 ID, 삭제 시각은 남습니다.
- 신고: 처리 뒤 90일이 지나면 삭제.
- 하루 단위 IP 해시: 이틀 안에 삭제.
- 쓰인 수: 합계만, 필터가 있는 동안.
- 이용 통계: 2개월 뒤 구글 애널리틱스에서 삭제.
- 문의 메일: 3년. 법령에 따로 정함이 있으면 그 기간.
기기에 있는 정보는 앱에서 지우거나 앱을 삭제할 때까지 남습니다.
5. 제3자 제공
개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 이용자가 공개한 정보와 법령에 따른 경우를 제외하고 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
6. 처리 위탁과 국외 이전
아래 업체에 처리를 맡깁니다. 해당 기능을 쓰는 시점에 암호화된 연결로 국외로 전송됩니다.

국외 이전을 거부할 수 있습니다. 온라인 기능을 쓰지 않아도 기본 필터, 내 필터, 카메라는 동작합니다. 이용 통계는 처음 물을 때 거절하거나 설정에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다.
7. 백업
내 필터, 차단한 창작자, 피부톤 값은 이용자의 Android·iOS 기기 백업에 포함될 수 있으며 사진은 포함되지 않습니다. 창작자 열쇠와 내 필터 코드를 담은 작은 묶음(최대 4KB)을 이용자 계정의 Google Block Store 또는 iCloud 키체인에 두어 다시 설치해도 필터를 되찾을 수 있게 합니다. 저희는 이 내용을 읽을 수 없습니다.
8. 파기와 삭제 방법
- 필터 하나 내리기: 내 필터 › 필터 메뉴 › 공개 내리기.
- 공개 정보 전부 삭제: 내 필터 › 설정 › 내 공개 정보 삭제. 창작자 이름과 공개한 필터가 서버에서 지워집니다.
- 이용 통계 끄기: 내 필터 › 설정 › 사용 기록 보내기. 끄면 전송이 멈추고 앱 인스턴스 ID가 초기화됩니다.
- 메일: orangesea2022@gmail.com 으로 보내 주세요.
- 다른 사람이 이미 담은 사본은 그 사람의 기기에 남습니다. 기기에만 있는 정보는 앱을 지우면 함께 사라집니다.
보유 기간이 끝나면 전자 기록은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 파기합니다.
9. 정보주체의 권리
개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지와 동의 철회를 요구할 수 있습니다. 위 주소로 보내 주시면 10일 안에 답합니다. 앱에 계정이 없으므로 창작자 이름과 그 이름을 쓰는 기기임을 확인할 방법을 여쭐 수 있습니다.
10. 안전성 확보 조치
연결을 암호화(HTTPS)합니다. 비밀 열쇠와 설치별 값은 해시로만, IP 주소는 짧은 기간의 솔트 해시로만 저장하며, 관리 접근은 운영자의 별도 토큰으로 제한합니다. 수집은 필요한 최소한으로 합니다.
11. 자동 수집 장치
앱은 브라우저 쿠키를 쓰지 않습니다. 동의한 경우 구글 애널리틱스 SDK가 기기에 앱 인스턴스 ID를 저장합니다. 설정에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다.
12. 권한
Android: 카메라, 인터넷, 네트워크 상태. iOS: 카메라, 저장할 때 사진 추가 전용 접근. 위치, 연락처, 마이크, 넓은 저장소 접근은 쓰지 않습니다.
13. 아동
셋무드는 만 14세 미만을 대상으로 하지 않으며 이들의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 아동이 정보를 공개했다고 생각되면 알려 주세요. 삭제하겠습니다.
